- Possible graphic, character generation, or power point integration into the video
- Raw (unedited) DVD or full size Digital Video Tape delivered at the conclusion of the event
- May continuously record up to 120 minutes

- Four cameras with 3 operators and one fixed
- Video director to call camera shots and switch live to tape for dynamic TV feel presentation
- Independent engineer to sub mix audio for video
- Possible graphic, character generation, or power point integration into the video
- Basic post production editing, clean shot errors, color and audio correcting, clean fades in and out, motion menus, chaptered section breakdown
- Final DVD delivered within two weeks from the event date
- May continuously record up to 120 minutes

- Recorded to Mini-Disc or CD to be delivered at conclusion of event

- Finalizer compression to ensure good dynamic range
- Master copy is burned to real time CD and delivered at the conclusion of the event

- Recording engineer monitors input levels to multi-track hard disk recorder independent from the live front of house mix
- Use of digital recording console
- Post production mix and edit down to CD from digital multi-track recording
- Final CD delivered within two weeks of the event date
- Copy of final mix recorded in MP3 format and stored in our archive library for two years in case additional copies are needed
